How 50Fin Customised Role-based Reporting for IIFL?

When IIFL adopted 50Fin’s Suite to manage their LAS operations, they needed more than just plug-and-play dashboards—they required a reporting system that aligned precisely with their internal sales hierarchy. From Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to the National Head, each role needed visibility over only their relevant clients, with reports and performance data filtered accordingly.

50Fin built a custom hierarchical access system within the CMS and RMS modules, tailored specifically for IIFL. This allowed each role to see real-time reports, performance graphs, and client metrics based on their position. The CMS and RMS dashboards displayed visual graphs that helped users track the progress of each individual under them—be it DSAs, RMs, or ASMs—making it easier to monitor performance, spot bottlenecks, and take corrective action.

DSAs could view only their own clients, RMs could monitor their DSAs and corresponding client data, while ASMs, Zonal Heads, and Regional Heads had access to progressively broader reports. The National Head had complete oversight of the entire hierarchy.

All users could download their specific reports in CSV format for offline analysis, performance reviews, or team reporting—fully aligned with IIFL’s structure.

Key Customisations

  • Role-Based Data Access: Reports and visual dashboards were filtered by user role, giving each person the data relevant to them.

  • CMS & RMS Dashboards: Graphs and charts allowed users to track performance and progress at every level—from individual DSAs to entire regions.

  • CSV Export Functionality: Reports could be downloaded instantly for further analysis or team review.

  • Automated Onboarding Logic: Unique DSA links auto-tagged clients, ensuring accuracy in reporting.
